E&S Bookkeeping and Tax Services was established in 2003 by Sam Singh.  Sam has been managing the financials of small businesses of family and friends for years, so he truly understands the number of tasks a small business owner has to manage over the course of a day. As a result, he decided to create a service to provide Bookkeeping, Tax Preparation and other key financial services that will help a small business owner simplify their daily routine and allow them to concentrate on what they do best, building their business!

Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in 1996.  In addition, Sam is also a Professional Bookkeeper who understands the unique accounting practices of a small business and a Professional Tax Preparer who is well versed in identifying tax savings strategies for your business.

Prior to forming E&S Bookkeeping and Tax Services Sam was employed over ten years in both the Public and Private Sector in the field of Accounting and Taxation.  During that time he held positions ranging from a Government Tax Auditor specializing in auditing Small Businesses to the Financial Controller of a Fortune 500 Company.
